Designed by data protection experts, ProvePrivacy was founded in October 2018.  Our object was to simplify data protection compliance and we achieved this by delivering a data protection compliance product for organisations on a single integrated digital platform.

Created by a team lead by Mark Roebuck, a data protection expert from an organisational design background.

The ProvePrivacy platform has been designed to help information governance and data protection professionals manage and monitor data protection compliance under UK and EU Data Protection legislation.  Not just  through a single integrated platform but by enabling a Data Champion focussed operating model to deliver compliance for lean teams.

Head of Marketing

Sonia has held senior marketing roles across some of the UK’s biggest Retail, FS, Telecom and FMCG businesses and has a deep understanding of all marketing channels and their effectiveness bringing a cross category approach to strategic marketing.

Krishna Priya

Development Team Manger

KP is our Development Team Manager and manages the delivery of our development roadmap.  She has over 8 years of experience in the IT industry in multiple roles managing projects across hospitality, telecoms, retail and financial sectors as well as delivering SaaS solutions such as ProvePrivacy.

KP has an MBA and a B.E. in Computer Science, she is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified Scrum Master.

Sara Patel

Sales Director

Sara Patel has over 20 years experience working as a Business Development Manager and Consultant across Financial Services and the private sector.  Sara is responsible for private sector sales development across the UK.

Mark Roebuck

Founder

Mark Roebuck is a Data Protection Consultant who has provided regulatory and organisation design support to organisations scaling from SME to FTSE100 organisations for over 17 years.  Mark’s MBA (Technology Management) and MSc (Managing Software Projects) enable a systems thinking view to delivering data protection support.

Kamlesh Parmar

Director

Kam is a director and shareholder of ProvePrivacy. He has a strong background in corporate and commercial law, having been a solicitor and partner at an international law firm for a number of years.  

Kamlesh left law in 2006 to go into industry, and has held executive board level roles with a number of businesses, both in the public listed and private arenas. This work has given Kamlesh experience of managing businesses with operations in the UK, as well as in EU and FSU countries and the USA.

Kamlesh works with Mark to set the strategic direction and product development of ProvePrivacy, as well as looking at growth opportunities for the business.
